Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy Information

Credit card information is required at the time of booking, no deposit will be taken.

Customer Cancels Prior to Day of Charter:

Customer will be charged 50% of the cost of the charter, on the card they provided at booking, for all cancellations requested before the day of the charter. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Note: This 50% cancellation charge may be credited towards a future rebooking if the cancellation was made with more than 15 days notice.

Customer Cancels Day of Charter:

Customer will be charged 100% of the cost of the charter, on the card they provided at booking, for no show day of charter or cancellations the day of the charter.

Forever Young Cancels:

Customer will not be charged at all for any cancellations made by Forever Young which are due to any unforeseen circumstances that deem the charter unsafe to run. For example: Weather, Wind, Mechanical Problems, etc.
